I've been offering massage therapy to women since 2007. Prior to that, I worked in Human Resources for 10+ years. I made decent money that afforded me a decent lifestyle, but I didn't love my job. Work days were too long and weekends were too short. Working in HR, I rarely saw happy people. I wanted to go where the happy people were, and I was always happy getting a massage.
Going back to school in my 30's to become a massage therapist was the best decision I ever made. Starting a new career meant taking a pay cut, initially, but I asked myself every day, "Is it worth it?" And every day the answer was, "Absolutely!" You can't put a price on happiness.
I attended Indiana Therapeutic Massage School, and it completely transformed me and my life. It was more than just a massage school for me. It reached a part of my soul that was hidden for many years.
After I graduated from ITMS, I became an instructor for the next 12 years. I never thought I'd be a teacher, but quickly developed a passion for it. Being a part of the students' journeys that would transform them like it did for me... that was EVERYTHING!! Pure magic. I was incredibly blessed to have that opportunity in this lifetime.
Helping people is everything to me. Whether that be helping my clients feel better physically with massage therapy or helping people tap into their own magic and transform their lives. Mind, Body, and Spirit.
